Building in Thazhava: what to know
What we check first on a Thazhava plot before planning your home. See how we build, step by step, in our house construction timeline.
Permit from Thazhava panchayat
House permits here come from Thazhava Grama Panchayat. We prepare the drawings, apply on K-SMART and follow up until the permit is issued.
Close to Karunagappally
Karunagappally town and its railway station are close by, so materials and skilled workers reach the site easily.
Land type in the records
We check whether the plot is listed as garden land or paddy land before planning, because paddy land needs separate permission before a house permit.
Plot level and drainage
We compare the plot level with the road and plan drainage, so rainwater moves away from the house in the monsoon.
House construction cost in Thazhava
The cost depends on the size, design, the materials you choose (tiles, fittings, doors, windows), the soil and the plot. After a site visit we give you an item-wise estimate for your exact home, with options at different budget levels, so there are no surprises later.
